Nissan Centra 2.5L SER oil is not the choice?
I use Mole 1 on my Centra SER Spec V and am using it on my watch from 1000 miles away. All 5W30 oils available in the market meet all the requirements of Nissan. No bad oil.
I use plastic because the car sees the weather in the summer and we go through a period of 24 days here where the temperature never reached 0 degrees F. This is a very difficult use.
If you want to use synthetic oil but don't know if it's worth a little test, buy a bottle of traditional 5W30 oil and a bottle of synthetic oil. Place both in the freezer in the coldest setting. After a day or two, take them out and watch them sink. Any doubts should be removed from it.
