A juicy two-layered banana cake with a light, chewed banana cream in the middle.
■■■■ version production: 1 double layer sponge cake, 23 x 33 cm.
Ingredients:
1 packet (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
1 packet of instant banana mix (3.5 oz)
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup whole purpose flour
3/4 cup this
3/4 cup brandy
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons of banana juice

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees Celsius). Grease and flour 29 x 13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and instant ingredients. Add eggs and 1 1/2 cups milk. Divide the dough evenly between the two shapes.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 17 minutes or until the wooden toothpick attached to the cake is clean. When the cake is baking, prepare the filling.
Mix sugar and flour. In a medium bowl, mix the mixture ah, liqueur and sugar. Add milk and banana juice until smooth.
When the cake has cooled, place it in a serving bowl. Spread the filling on top and cover with the rest of the cake. It is silent for half an hour of service.
* If you use powdered sugar, the alternative ratio listed on this site is 1 3/4, as stated in other studies. Sugar PWDR = 1 tbsp. Thank you.
