Hi, can someone tell me if you have tried Weslo Cardio Glide and liked it or not? This is no longer your version, common man. It is good ? Have you seen the papers? How often and for how long do you use it? Or is it a waste of money? Thanks in advance !! Any information would be very helpful! thanks for !!!!!!!! :)

I glided Veslo Cardio and liked it. I think this is a very safe way to work with poor people. I wouldn't recommend using it as the only type of exercise because I don't think it always works (bending while stretching can affect the abdomen). It may be good to include a trout / run here and there, as the cardio vascular glide will not work instead of working in the thigh / buttock section. During the first and second weeks of my use, there was some effect on the stretched legs, my calves felt more tense while walking. You may not feel too much during your cardio, but wait 15 minutes or more!

Also, I still use it 34 times a week. It's a very relaxing process, and when used regularly, time passes quickly during exercise. Okay so I can put it in front of my TV!

The results are great and you won't feel like you can't take it any more! Well, at least I didn't go down without explaining myself first. Set the red content setting to 57 (8 or 9 are enough after the first 3 weeks to a month of use) and you'll be sweating if you work hard! :)
