It really depends on the mix. If it is 50/50 it will not shrink much, but if it is 80% viscose and 20% polyester then it shrinks well. Polyester usually shrinks by less than 3%, so it does not help to shrink much of what you are mixing. For example, if the shirt is 30 inches long and shrinks by 3%, it will shrink by an inch.
