I wonder when the police change. Especially in the Orange District. Always the same or different? Thank you very much

Where I work in Ohio, they work different shifts to make sure there are employees on the streets at all times in each district. They also have a temporary standby mode, in which agents handle the busiest hours of the day, depending on where they work. For example, two bypasses will work in one substation.

They can take longer to answer calls during shift changes because they have to meet first when they call the call log and receive orders from their sergeant and do the paperwork before leaving the submarine.
