Can I be tax-exempt as a Sims Club with a professional membership? ۔

Ever since I started the company I have been thinking of joining a company in the Sams Club. Apparently, you can get state tax breaks, but I don't know what form I need and what to do with it. Does anyone know which form I have to fill in for tax exemption?

The tax deduction only applies to items purchased for resale unless you are a registered charity. In this case, include the things that the charity uses for its own charitable purposes. If your business is not a charity, you still pay sales tax on everything you own or use for your business.

Just bring a copy of your VAT certificate. You can then purchase items for RESALE only without paying sales tax. All items used in your business are non-tax free and you will have to pay sales tax on these items.
